This typical Victorian terrace hadn €™t been touched for 25 years, it has now been fully refurbished by Moon. Removing a large chimney breast and the dividing wall transformed the two rear dark rooms into a large kitchen dining space. The walls and floors were insulated throughout, vastly improving the thermal performance. New bespoke timber windows and doors finish the fresh contemporary design to produce a warm family space, flooded with natural light. The bathroom was remodeled and an area stolen from the adjacent bedroom to create a spacious shower. The picture window, with clear glass, makes the best of the view. The master bedroom was formed by removing a wall between the main bedroom and adjacent box room to allow the creation of a dressing area. New plumbing, electrics and a full replaster complete the project.
